What diet is ideal for yoga practioners?

If I stop yoga practice, will I gain weight?

it is a very generic question, need specifics like are you doing any exercises in place of asanas etc.

What yoga asanas help in reducing back pain?

if it is a lower back pain, it is due to stress can be fixed by Cyclic Meditation.

Self Management of Excessive Tension(SMET) package designed/developed by svyasa.edu.in is a solution for this. I am conducting SMET for corporates like Techm Global Sales team, silveroaks school teachers etc.
